Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your prepaid shipping label.
Secure the Frame
Carefully repackage the multi-photo frame in its original protective bubble wrap and box to prevent glass breakage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement frame within 3-5 business days.
